• Asparagus wrapped in prosciutto and served with a lemongrass aioli
• Chestnut mushroom gratin with crunchy bread crumbs, thyme & parmesan

• Vintage cheddar and caramelised onion tartlet

Buffet

All menus served with a basket of breads and butter

Salads at £4 per head

• Jersey royal potato salad with hot parsley butter
• 3 grain rice with gooey shallots and roasted pepper pesto
• Tomato, mozzarella and basil salad with a vanilla balsamic syrup and good fruity olive oil

Meat and Fish at £6 per portion/£3 per half portion

• Coronation chicken OR Chicken breasts filled with spinach, boursin and pine nuts and wrapped in
  prosciutto with a tarragon aioli
• Salmon fillets with a herb crust served with a watercress sauce

£6 per head

• Cheeseboard – dolcellata, vintage cheddar, goats, brie and an in season popular hard cheese choice, dates, grapes, celerity, little china bowls of honey, walnuts and crackers/french stick and quince.

Puds at £3 per head for canapé/shot glass size or £5.50 per head for regular portion size

• Chocolate and stem ginger mousse in little china bowls
• Yellow and green fruit salad – pineapple, grapefruit, papaya, apple,grape with lime zest and juice, vanilla syrup with shredded basil served with mascarpone or pouring cream
